House Tour: As Seen on TV

I featured some footage of one of our recent projects on CityLine on July 17th. Our clients had an older home in the Kingsway and we added an addition and redesigned the rest of the house. We’ve had a lot of enquiries about this project, so here is a list of FAQ’s that will give you some sourcing information for products used in this beautiful home:

What is the wallpaper you used in the powder room?
Ulf Moritz, crystal beaded wallpaper (available through Crown Wallpaper)

What are the countertops (colour and material)?
Silestone (quartz) Sienna Ridge (available through Latitude)

What is the paint colour used on the main floor?
Kitchen- HC26 Munroe Beige (Benjamin Moore)
Dining Room- 2112-10 Mink (Benjamin Moore)
Hallway- HC81 Manchester Tan (Benjamin Moore)

What colour are the kitchen cupboards painted?
HC27 Monterey White (Benjamin Moore)

Where did you get the dining table and what is it called?
ELTE, Dining Table - 5405-103
Dining Chairs - brown leather - 7068-11

Where did you get the drum shade over the chandelier?
This was designed by Sealy and custom made at “Eric and Susan’s”.

Where did you find the light fixtures that were hanging over the kitchen island?
These 3 pendants are from ELTE. Be careful using fabric shades in a kitchen. You’ll need a good vent to control the grease and may need to have them dry cleaned eventually.
